White Mountains Safari Tour: Reach 1,680m at Kallergis Refuge
The excursion begins with pick-up of guests directly from their accommodation, ensuring comfort and convenient service from the very start. The journey then continues through traditional villages, far away from mass tourism and crowded areas, revealing the authentic side of Crete.
As we head into the mountainous interior, participants will have the opportunity to admire stunning landscapes and unique natural beauty. At a certain point, we enter an off-road route with destination the Omalos Plateau at an altitude of 1,100 meters. The route passes through dense forests and rivers, while there is also a chance to encounter local wildlife such as the Cretan wild goat (kri-kri) or birds of prey observing the landscape.
Upon arrival at the plateau, we stop for a break, photos, and to admire the imposing Mount Gigilos, which rises over 2,000 meters.
The experience continues with a more adventurous off-road route towards the Kallergi Refuge, located at 1,680 meters above sea level. If weather conditions allow, we may pass through clouds, creating a truly unique and unforgettable experience.
Once at the refuge, visitors will enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Samaria Gorge, the longest gorge in Europe. On clear days, the view extends across western Crete, including Sougia beach, the Libyan Sea, as well as the impressive White Mountains.
After time for photos and enjoying the scenery, we begin our return journey, filled with unforgettable images and memories of the wild and authentic beauty of Crete.

Balos Viewpoint & Falassarna Beach – Private Transfer Tour

Your experience begins with a private pickup from your accommodation and a Jeep drive to one of Crete’s most iconic and photographed locations — the Balos Viewpoint.
Access is arranged by Jeep, with entrance fees already covered, allowing you to enjoy the breathtaking scenery without queues, boat schedules, or crowds.
After a short and easy 10-minute walk, you’ll reach the panoramic viewpoint overlooking Balos Lagoon, Wild Gramvousa, and the vivid turquoise waters — an unforgettable setting for photos.
Following a 15–20 minute stop at the viewpoint, we continue to the famous Falassarna Beach. Ranked among Europe’s Top 5 Beaches, Falassarna offers 3 hours of free time to swim in crystal-clear waters, unwind on the soft sandy shore, or simply soak up the sun.
At the end of your beach time, your private Jeep will be waiting to take you back to your accommodation, ensuring a comfortable, seamless, and stress-free journey.

Don’t miss the chance to see and feed the deer living on the grounds while enjoying the serene landscape of Kolymbari.
Continue to the impressive Cave of Saint John the Hermit, a sacred cave where Saint John the Hermit once lived. This tranquil site offers spectacular panoramic views over the endless olive groves of Chania and the historic area of Maleme, famous for the German paratrooper landing during the Battle of Crete.

Your adventure begins with convenient pickup from your accommodation, as we head towards the wild Cretan mountains. Soon, we leave the paved roads behind and enter hidden forest trails surrounded by lush greenery and natural streams flowing alongside our path.
Enjoy an authentic off-road journey with multiple scenic stops, perfect for capturing unforgettable photos. Along the way, keep an eye out for wildlife such as hawks soaring above and wild goats roaming freely in their natural habitat.
As we climb higher, the terrain becomes more rugged and exciting, leading us to breathtaking panoramic viewpoints at approximately 1200 meters altitude. Here, above the clouds, you’ll enjoy a traditional Cretan picnic featuring local products, surrounded by one of the most stunning views in Chania.
